Health and Fitness Tip #230 - Tips to Avoid Overindulging All Summer Long

“What matters is what you do MOST of the time and NOT what you do sometimes”

I wanted to remind everyone that it is always about what I like to call the “80/20 rule”.  We are a product of what we do consistently over time. 

Some quick tips to avoid overindulging this Summer:

1. Do some extra activity around your meals 
2. Hydrate before, during and after meals
3. Prioritize protein and veggies at meals
4. Have the dessert but have a half portion 
5. Drink your ketones BEFORE you eat to help you make better choices and control cravings. 
6. Do NOT feel guilt or shame if you do indulge. Remember the 80/20 rule and move on.
