Last week, Monday January 4th, Rich and I ventured into Beachbody's NEWEST program, The Masters Hammer and Chisel.
This program is created by 2 renowned bodybuilders and fitness competitors have used their years of experience to create body transformation programs for a wide range of people. These 2 trainers are Sagi Kalev and Autumn Calabrese. Sagi is the creator of Body Beast and Autumn Calebrese is the creator of 21 Day Fix and the 21 Day Fix Extreme.
And this program, Masters Hammer and Chisel is made up of a
resistance training system that Rich and I absolutely love!! This program uses
