Sweet Potato Burrito Bowls
Yes you are reading that correctly! Sweet Potato Burrito Bowls are out oft this world amazing!! I love my sweet potatoes and I love Mexican so the combination, at least to me is delicious!! I never would have thought to add sweet potatoes to my burrito bowls but they really do add a nice touch to it, plus i honestly don't think sweet potatoes taste like much unless you add flavoring to them.
This is a MUST try recipe! My husband loved it! Its great on chilly night or on Taco Tuesday night to replace your normal tacos!
