It's Wednesday, so SHAKE IT UP!!

Today only stinks if allow it to. So today shake up your Wednesday, get back on track, recommit to yourself and your health!

Don't let this Wednesday suck all your energy from you. Smile and take it head on. Dance off your aggression and smile, even if all you want to do is scream and be a grouch.

So will you commit to yourself today? Will you commit to getting back on track, being positive, and enjoying your time?

Or will continue to stay off track, be miserable and not workout or eat clean?
