Newly Wed Tip #10 - Celebrate the small things

Newly Wed Tip #10 - Celebrate!! No matter how big or small

Life goes by fast. And if we don't stop to enjoy it, it will be over before we know. We all take life too seriously sometimes and stress over things that aren't worth the stress.

Marriage is the same. We fight over things that are stupid and pointless and don't celebrate or enjoy each other when we should. Don't let life take away from the time you have to spend with your spouse. Celebrate together, even if its the small things.

Rich and I celebrate together when one or the other accomplishes something, no matter how big or small. We celebrate when I rank advance in my business, we celebrate every time he bends his knee to a higher degree, we celebrate when I finish a workout program from beginning to end, we celebrated when his knee brace was unlocked.

What do I mean by we celebrate? I don't mean get all dolled up and go out to a fancy restaurant every time something happens and spend a lot of money. What we do is shout YAY, smile, clap, pat one another on the back, make a special dinner for the bigger accomplishments, etc. When I say celebrate I mean acknowledge the other one and what is a success to them. Don't ignore it or just shrug it off like no big deal. MAKE A BIG DEAL about it. Make your spouse feel special!

Don’t get so caught up in your  schedule and daily routines that you miss the celebrations no matter how little. Remember these are the things that will bring joy and happiness not just to your marriage but to your daily crazy everyday life.

Be willing to pay the price

Good Morning! Happy Wednesday!!! BE WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE If you don't choose to do something to become successful, you will become unsuccessful for the rest of your life. Yes, making the choice to be successful will mean that you have to pay a price. BUT....anything worth having is worth paying the price for. Price doesn't mean a huge, painful sacrifice no matter how huge your goals are. It's small baby steps, east to do! However whatever you goal or dream is, you will have to give something up. Giving up something may be small, like the junk food, or sleeping in, or always needing to be right. Remember whatever price you pay, there's a bigger price to pay for not doing it than the price for doing it! The price of neglect is much worse than the price of the discipline. It may take 6 years and 15,000 hours to put your success on track, but it takes a lifetime to fail. What will you choose? Will you give up something to become successful or will you opt out and continue to be unsuccessful?

Life s not a spectator Sport

Good Morning!

Life is not a spectator sport; it's a contact sport, and there are no practice sessions, and you've been in the game from day one.

Life is for sure a contact sport! You are always having things thrown at you, both good and bad. However it's how you handle those things that defines who you are and how you play the game!

Don't quit or give up because the game got to hard or didn't go the way you wanted it to. Keep going, relook at your plan and strategize a new one!

Remember do the thing and you shall have the power. The only way to have the power, to win the game, is to do the thing, learn by doing, and keep at it!

Whether you are winning or loosing, do it, play the game, get physical and strategize and plan for the ups and downs. But don't quit and don't walk away. Because then you will live with regret the rest of your life.

Need help? Message me! I am here for you and would love to help you!!
