This program not only has helped me loose the unwanted bloat from christmas but it has given me more confidence and it has pushed me beyond my limits with the workouts!
This program is for anyone! Just because it is called Insanity Max 30 does not mean you can't do it! It has a modifier that does all low impact moves! So you too can do this workout and get great results!

Start of Week 3 of Insanity Max 30 - The results are CRAZY
Start of Week 3 of Insanity Max 30!
So today starts week 3 of Insanity Max 30 and all I can say is I am in love! This program pushes you to your max. It seriously is a game with your head and your body. You know your body can keep going but your head is telling you to stop! I hate it and love it at the same time! It really challenges you mentally. Last week I descried the difference between Insanity and Insanity Max 30.
Well today I want to give you my results both working out and body results.
Working out has been a challenge for even someone like me that has pushed themselves with Insanity, Asylum, and Asylum 2. Max 30 has challenged my mind and body but each day, each week I get stronger. Week 1 I only made it to minute 16 before I collapsed and needed a break in Cardio Challenge, Week 2 I made it to 17:25 minutes before needing a break, and today I made it to minute 27!!! I was so excited that I made it that long and yes what would have been another 3 minutes, but like I told my clients, I wasn't going to compromise my form to make it to 30. So I maxed out! Do I feel it? Heck YA! My arms are sore and there were many times I wanted to max out but I kept telling myself, its only 30 seconds. You can do it for 30 seconds and that is seriously what got me through all the moves and to minute 27.
As for my body, I can't believe the results I am already seeing after ONLY 2 weeks!!! I love 3 pounds, I lost 1 inch in my chest, my arms and thighs stayed the same, I lost 1 inch in my waist, 1 inch in my hips, 1 inch in my butt, and 1/2 an inch in calves!! So over all I have lost 4 1/2 inches in 2 weeks!!! I cant wait to see what I have lost come week 8!
This program is amazing and challenging all at the same time! I love it and I love the results. I am seeing my abs pop through again. I love that its only 30 minutes. There is so much to this program that I could seriously talk to you about it all day.
However, if you are interested in finding out more about Insanity Max 30 email me and I will tell you more about it. Email - Jgerity83@gmail.com

Week 2 of Insanity Max 30
Insanity Max 30 Week 2!! All I can say is I am LOVING this program!! Its hard but its because you push yourself to the max, if you didn't then it wouldn't be hard AND you wouldn't get the best results.
Last week OMG, by Wednesday I was dead! I was sore, tired, and couldn't walk up the stairs. It was an amazing feeling. Why? Because I never felt that way with Insanity, Asylum, or Asylum 2. I was never sore.
So what's the Different between Insanity and Max 30? There are a bunch. 1. Insanity is 45-60 minutes long, it has a warm up, a stretch, the workouts, and then a cool down. Max 30 is exactly 30 minutes long, each workout. It has a warm up, no stretch, the workout and the cool down is after the 30 minutes, so you technically can choose to do it or not. Insanity had you follow a calorie based meal plan and Max 30 is having you follow the 21 Day Fix Meal plan. Insanity had a lot of water breaks and Shaun T took a lot of time show and talk about the move. Max 30 less water breaks and no explaining of the move, you just keep going, move after move and figure out the form. Insanity has a recovery week between month 1 and month 2. Max 30 has no recovery week, you go straight into month 2. Insanity has no modifier and no Max Out. Max 30 has a modifier and Shaun T WANTS you to max out.
To me, how I describe Max 30 is, that it is a lot like T25 the way it is structured but it is T25 on SPEED.
I love this program. Yes I am only on week 2 and it is kicking my butt, BUT it is a program that any one can do because it has the modifier. Will you still max out? Yes you will, as long as you push yourself as hard as you can. I can't wait to see my results after a month and after the entire program!!!

Day 1 of Insanity Max 30
Good Morning!! Its the first Monday of the new year and I am starting it out with a new program and going back to my 21 day fix eating plan! I can't wait to post about my progress and changes in my body with this new program.
And all I have to say about day 1 is......OMG!!! I don't know what else to say about insanity Max 30! Today was day 1 cardio challenge! My goal was to make it 15 minutes or max out after Shaun T. Yes I am competitive and it's what pushes me harder with my workouts! Well I made it to half that goal! I didn't max out till minute 16.52!! And Shaun T maxed out at 17 so I wasn't far behind him! It was the should tap in and out abs that got me!
This program is seriously unbelievable!! It worked my abs like no other and in 30 minutes I burned over 350 calories! I think I am in love haha!

Transformation Tuesday - Karie D.
Shout out to my Success Partner Karie
Look at these results!!!
Look at these results!!!

| This is Karie just 5 weeks into Focus T25. |
This lady started her fitness journey just before Thanksgiving 2013 with Focus T25. She started her fitness journey during the MOST busiest time of year!!! She invested a small mount of time into her health in 2013! She gave 25 minutes a day for 5 days a week and she started the new year off feeling fit and full of energy!! She didn't wait. She didn't want to go into 2014 being overweight with another New Years resolution to loose weight and get healthy and fit. Instead she went into 2014 healthy and fit and ready to take on anything and everything!
She didn't allow the holidays, or money, or time, or being a mom of 3 kids in 3 different schools hold her back from getting into the best shape of her life. She took charge and showed her kids that healthy and fit is easy and fun and not something to fear. She became an amazing role model to her kids, and to all other momas out there with 3 kids that range from age and schools and who are involved in many after school activities. She did it!! And so can you!!

TBT - Credit Card Debt
A year and a half ago I was struggling!
I was struggling personally and financially.
I remember sitting down with Rich bawling my eyes out because I was sinking! I
was 29 years old and living pay check to pay check and hating my job. I thought
by now I wouldn’t have to live this way but I was wrong. I also just got
engaged and things were starting to become real, especially with all the debt I
wanted to pay off before getting married. I was in search of a new job and had
an interview at Mt Lebanon School district for an autistic support teacher
position. We had not even been engaged for a month, but we're already talking
about living apart from each other so I could earn more money and pay off my
debt before the wedding. I was miserable! I hated the thought of living apart
and away from him just to make money and pay off my credit card (over $6000).
2 months later still in debt, the Beachbody
Coaching opportunity came knocking. I didn’t have the money to spend on a
program let alone shakeology and then on top of that the thought of coaching. BUTI
loved working out and researching how to live a healthy life. I wanted to help
others and give them the knowledge that I had learned and was so passionate
about, but once again, I didn’t have the money! I didn’t want to put it on my
credit card and I really didn’t have it in my checking account. BUT I jumped. I
don’t know why I did it, but there was something telling me that this was my
next move, that this is what is going to make me happy and get me to the goals
I want! So I did it. I bought a program and signed up to become a Beachbody coach.
Was I scared? HECK YES!!! Was I worried that I wasn’t going to get out of debt
by doing this? YES!! But I did it anyway and never looked back. And......
GUESS WHAT?!?!
Today I was able to pay off my credit
card!! How? Thanks to Beachbody! A year and half ago I transferred my credit
card amount to a new card with 0% interest for 18 months. However at first I
was paying the minimum on the credit card and stressing because I didn't think
I would be able to pay it off in 18 months! Well 3 months into paying my credit
card Beachbody entered my life! Thanks to Beachbody, today I was able to pay
the final amount on it! Beachbody gave me the opportunity to make enough extra
money to pay the amount I needed to pay to get my card paid off, no I didn’t
pay it off before getting married but I did it! I paid it off today!!
I am so excited and can't wait to see what else I can do, with helping others. My goal is to help my coaches achieve the same thing. To get out of debt, to feel free, and to enjoy life without the worries of a credit card. Am I there yet? No but I sure am on my way!!

Transformation Tuesday!
I was asked last week to see a picture of when I first started to where I am at now. So here it is! I started last year in the middle of July with T25. Honestly, I didn't know about Beachbody, I had only heard about Insanity and I HATED workout videos. I wanted to be outside running or doing something other than staring at the TV.
However, I when I saw that T25 was ONLY 25 minutes long, I thought to myself, Oh I can do that. Its only 25 minutes! At that time I was lifting every morning and doing a 30-60 minute lifting program. I wanted to incorporate cardio but I HATED going to the gym and doing the cardio equipment, so I thought 25 minutes I can do that after school and know that I could still have time to get work done and cook dinner. Well, T25 was nothing that I thought it would be! It was SOOO much more. Within 4 weeks of doing the program, I was seeing results, my stomach was shrinking, my abs were popping out, and I loved the fact it was only 25 minutes long! It was hard to wrap my head around doing anything longer. With T25, I was drinking shakeology and eating clean but not portioning out my food. By the end of the 10 weeks I lost 14 pounds and several inches off my body. I felt amazing and had the confidence that I was lacking! Also after doing T25 for a week, I decided to become a Beachbody coach. Why? Because T25 was amazing and I wanted everyone out there to know how amazing and life changing it was.
After I did T25, I decided to do another round of it, with adding gamma to the end this time. That took me all the way into the New Year. After I finished T25 - Alpha, Beta, and Gamma, I decided to challenge myself with P90x3. I did the doubles of that program and lost more weight and toned my body like I never knew it could tone before.
After P90x3 I decided to do combat, however, I got extremely sick the second week into combat and ended up loosing 3 weeks from being sick and working my way back up to exercising daily! So by the time I was feeling better, it was May and I was 3 months away from my wedding. So I did a hybrid of T25 and P90x3. I loved it and that took me all the way up to my wedding. Before the wedding my husband ordered Insanity and The Asylum combo pack to get their fit tests for the football season and have something to do. We spent a lot of money on the programs and they kept staring at me. SOOO I decided to take the plunge and step up my game to do Insanity and Asylum. I started Insanity at the end of August and just finished it 2 weeks ago. I LOVED it! I was scared to do it and I was afraid of the time length of the program, BUT I did it and I quit my job so I could be a FULL Time Online Health and Fitness Coach! So time wasn't really an issue with me, besides it being super long and not having done a workout longer than 30 minutes. However, I did it and I would do it again. Insanity was amazing!
Since I started Beachbody I have lost 20 pounds but have gained some of it back, due to muscle building. With the start of the programs I went from 130 to my lowest 110 to now being 120 and looking better than I did at 117. I have done multiple programs, drink shakeology daily, eating clean, and doing the 21 Day Fix portion control and staying motivated because of my Challenge groups and my girls and guys that push me through it! My body has changed drastically and I am happier with myself and have more confidence than I have ever had before!!
Don't get me wrong, I have fallen off the band wagon of eating healthy especially when traveling for the holidays, HOWEVER, I have the products and tools to get me back on track, and to help me loose the weight I had gained and to tone my body back up after slacking on the workouts.
But in the end I get back on track. And I owe it to Beachbody and the products that they have available to everyone to help them be the best, healthiest, person they can be!
Beachbody has seriously changed my life for the better and I couldn't be happier!!

Transformation Tuesday!!! My Insanity Transformation
Its Tuesday, which means its Transformation Tuesday!!! So today I am going to share with you my Insanity Transformation! I just finished doing Insanity on Sunday!! I can't believe I completed the program and that 60 days have passed already!! Crazy!
My results will shock you! Most people when they start a fitness journey, do it to lose weight, and most people that do insanity lose a TON of weight, but they have the weight to lose. I started insanity at the end of August and have been working out for over a year and just got married. I was at the lowest weight I had ever been at and I was in the best shape of my life. So when I started insanity I didn't expect to lose any more weight, I just wanted to maintain my weight. Well, neither of those happened.......With insanity I GAINED, yes you read that right....I gained 6 pounds!!!! Not 1, not 2, not even 3 pounds.....I gained 6!!!
Now most people would be upset and normally I would too, but look at my before and my after pictures. Do they look like I gained 6 pounds? No they don't. I don't see any difference in them. BUT there is. The 6 pounds I gained was muscle. Remember muscle weighs more than fat and looks a hell of a lot sexier!!! I have curves that I never had before and my husband continues to tell me how much he LOVES my insanity body. Why does he love it so much, because I have curves, I have muscle definition that I have never had before, and with all the squats Shaun T had me doing in this program, I gained a BOOTY!!! My measurements stayed about the same, they did go up in the arms, legs, and butt because that is where most of my muscles grew.
Moral of the story......ITS OKAY TO GAIN WEIGHT WHEN WORKING OUT!!! Most people get upset because they don't lose any weight or they gain it. Remember the scale is worthless when you start a program. I take my weight before I start and when I finish. The in-between doesn't matter because it is going to change. As long as you take measurements and feel yourself getting stronger and your clothes getting looser, that is all that matters. MUSCLE weights MORE than FAT!!! Remember that! And DO NOT get discouraged if you gain weight while working out. Its your fat turning into muscle. Tooth pick skinny is out!! The new skinny is curvy muscles!!
Don't give up and don't compare your journey to someone else's. Your body is different then everyone else's and your body will lose and gain weight differently from everyone else.
I would do insanity all over again if I knew I was going to gain weight. Why? Because the confidence, strength, and endurance I gained from it changed me and my body in soooo many good ways!!

Life s not a spectator Sport
Life is not a spectator sport; it's a contact sport, and there are no practice sessions, and you've been in the game from day one.
Life is for sure a contact sport! You are always having things thrown at you, both good and bad. However it's how you handle those things that defines who you are and how you play the game!
Don't quit or give up because the game got to hard or didn't go the way you wanted it to. Keep going, relook at your plan and strategize a new one!
Remember do the thing and you shall have the power. The only way to have the power, to win the game, is to do the thing, learn by doing, and keep at it!
Whether you are winning or loosing, do it, play the game, get physical and strategize and plan for the ups and downs. But don't quit and don't walk away. Because then you will live with regret the rest of your life.
Need help? Message me! I am here for you and would love to help you!!

Start of week 8 of INsanity!!!
I can't believe its already the second to last week of Insanity! There are 10 weeks but week 10 is just a recovery week, so this is really the second to last week! All I can say about it is, I LOVE IT and I hate it at the same time. This program is seriously amazing.
The second month of insanity is really when you see results both physically and mentally. Going an hour hard, is nothing now to me, when it was tough the first month, my endurance has increased majorly since the first week and month, and my body has drastically changed! I have muscles popping out that I have never seen before, all from this program. I am not lifting or doing any other program. I love the program and the results I am getting so far and Can't wait to post my befores and afters.
This program is a challenge, but its a challenge that everyone should take, if they have the time.

This is my Fit Test Results! I actually went up in every category. Some only by 1 or 2 and others by 10 or more! So excited to see that I am getting Stronger and Better each time.
Max Interval Circuit gets me every time! I am drenched in sweat and exhausted by the end but at the same time high as a kite because I finished it and kicked butt!!

Week 1 of month 2 Insanity
Week 1 of Month 2 of Insanity will be over tomorrow and all I have to say is OMG!!!! Month 2 is no joke! All the workouts are any where from 45-60 minutes, they are intense and make you go to the MAX!!! I love the workouts though!! And honestly with all the changing around and intervals, you don't realize it is an hour workout.
With these workouts I have burned up to 600 calories during the workouts, I have noticed that I sweat ALOT more, and that I not only feel great after them, but I get HIGH off the accomplishment that I actually finished it.
The intervals are a minute longer and the moves are 15 seconds longer than the first month. However, on the 3rd round he doesn't end with a power move, he ends with a slower, bring your heart rate back down type of move. The moves are definitely more dynamic, intense, and more powerful.
I still say that this program can be done by anyone, AS LONG, as you go at your own pace and concentrate on your form rather than your speed! Month 2 is definitely harder, but I LOVE it! I love every workout in Insanity!! I can't wait for next month to do ASYLUM!!! haha I think I have officially gone CRAZY!!! :)

Month 2 Day 1 of Insanity
Month 2 has officially started!!! And man did it kick my butt. I was seriously drenched from my head to my toes in sweat. The 60 minute workout was amazing, tough, and inspiring!! Why inspiring, because I have not done a 60 minute workout in a very, very long time. I was nervous I wasn't going to get through it BUT I did and I took each section one section at a time. I refused to look at the clock to see the time count down. It worked. The warm up was different then last month. It started out 4 minutes then 2 1/2 minutes for the second round and then 1 1/2 minutes for the 3rd round still making it around 10 minutes for the total warm up. The stretching was different too and didn't last as long as the first month. The stretch was about 5 minutes long. So that made for 45 minutes of intense cardio workout. This workout he did 3 different intervals. They were longer in time (45 seconds instead of 30 seconds each move, and they block1 and block 2 had a power move at the end where block 3 did not. All the moves were different, they were cardio, power, and resistance. Their were lots of combination moves on the floor, like ski abs, jump jack push ups, in and out abs, and spider lunges - all for 1 move. It was amazing. I am tired from the workout but I made sure that I took my R&R after! This weeks schedule for Insanity is:
Monday - Fit Test and Max Interval Circuit
Tuesday - Max Interval Plyo
Wednesday - Max Cardio Conditioning
Thursday - Max Recovery
Friday - Max Interval Circuit
Saturday - Max Interval Plyo
Sunday - Off
Excited to see what all these workouts are like!

End of Recovery Week
Well the end of the recovery week has come and the start of month 2 is upon me. Tomorrow is day 1 of month two or day 1 of week 6. In this month its all about Max. Max what you ask? I don't have a clue haha!! Honestly, I am too scared to look ahead and watch the DVD's like I normally do. So I will wait in suspense to find out! Tomorrow's workout will be exactly 60 minutes long!!! I haven't worked out that long FOREVER. Looking forward to the challenge and the calorie burn.
Today I did the fit test for the 3rd time. I increased in some areas, decreased in other areas, and stayed the same in the other ones.
Here are my results to hold me accountable.

Meal Plan for Week 5 of Insanity
I know my meal plan as me eating 3 shakes, but I am following the 21 day fix plan but for insanity and I don't care for meat more than 1 time a day, and I don't do dairy because it upsets my tummy. Plus I love my shakes so no complaining here. :)

If I would have waiting for the perfect time to quick my full time job and start Beachbody full time, I would still be waiting! Sometimes we have to jump feet first into something, hope instead of hoping for the best, work our a$$ off to make it successful and everything we want it to be and more!
Sitting around won't get you where you want to go. Sitting around won't get you what you want!! YOU have to get up and work for it! Believe in yourself, learn from your mistakes and failures and keep moving ahead!!
Need help? Need that push to change? Message me! I am here for you and would love to give you the push you need to get changing.
Nothing ever stays the same. Everything is in motion, always. Everything changes.

Good Morning! Happy Wednesday!!!
For things to be different, you have to DO something different!
If you want things to change, if you want to lose weight, get a new job, have more energy, then you need to change and do things that will help you loose weight, get you that new job, or give you more energy!
Sitting around wishing won't get you anywhere, like sitting around complaining about it won't get you anywhere.
Stop complaining, stop wishing and START DOING!! You got this!! Remember if you want something to change you have to change and do something different!

Friday Week 3 Day 5
Good Morning!!! Happy Friday! Limitations exist only if you let them!! Don't limit yourself!! Be who you want to be and do what you want to do! If you want to workout, workout, if you want to eat clean, eat clean!! Do you!! If I limited myself to what I thought and felt, than I wouldn't be doing insanity because I thought I couldn't handle! But I am doing it every day, even on days like today where it was hard! I struggled to get through it, but I kept going, even if it was at a slower pace than I had been doing and much slower than what they were doing on TV. But I didn't give up. I kept going. Don't give up yourself! Push past your limitations! Believe in yourself!!!
Today was a hard day! I am not going to lie. Usually I am sweating and out of breath but feel good. I usually drink 70 ounces of water each workout. But today I struggled to get my second bottle down, and I struggled at the end finishing the push ups and plank runs. I felt sick to my stomach, but I slowed down and pushed past it. Why did I feel that way? I am not sure. I think it was because I had a chiropractor appointment and he adjusted me. So I think I need to make my appointments on Wednesdays from now so that Thursday - Cardio Recovery Days work better and don't mess up my adjustment.

#TBT
Living a healthy lifestyle is hard! But I have learned to love, myself enough to do it. Do you?
Any one can workout, go to the gym, run, walk but that is only part of it. The other bigger part is eating healthy. It's not going on a diet and doing it 20 days and then going back to your old routine. It's a lifestyle change.
If you can see from my picture of winter 2009, where I worked out daily, if not twice a day, I had the mentality that if I worked out for a good hour or even twice a day I could eat anything including those fries or that ice cream. Um however, that obviously wasn't the case! However I realized a few years later that I was doing something wrong because I wasn't seeing results or I was only seeing very little results, in both my clothes and the scale. I was not gaining weight but I wasn't losing weight or getting cut like I wanted too. I was unhappy with the results.
However, thanks to Beachbody and clean eating I learned that the workout isn't 100% of getting results. Working out is definately part of it you just need to do both, workout and eat clean everyday, including snacks. You must eat 5-6 times a day. Remember nutrition is 80% of it and working out is only 20%. So if you have to choose which one to focus on first, I would recommend you doing the nutrition part and then when you have that down throw the workouts in too!
I know you can change your lifestyle. If I did it anyone can do it! :)

Week 3 Day 3 Muscle Vs Fat
I am on week 3 of Insanity. This week started out with the fit test on Monday, followed by Plyometric cardio Circuit (my favorite) and then today was a double day with insanity! Today was pure cardio and cardio abs! I was a complete sweaty mess by the time I was done with Pure Cardio and I still had cardio abs to do! With Pure Cardio I feel I am getting stronger and stronger each time I do it and can last longer and am taking fewer breaks, not just water breaks but stopping and just jogging in place breaks. That makes me happy knowing that I am getting stronger each week!
Area you a scale watcher? I am sometimes and its a horrible habit. Well insanity I have not lost any weight. Why? 1. because I am eating more than I normally do and 2. because I am taking my fat and turning it into muscle, which means that muscle weighs more than fat!! Which is fine by me, because Muscle is much sexier than fat!!! Don't you agree. So instead of watching the scale, I am watching how I feel, what my muscles look like, how my clothes feel, and how I continue to fuel my body with the appropriate foods.
So I have set a goal for myself. I am in week 3 and I have 7 more weeks to go. 2 of those weeks are really recovery weeks but still, I have a goal set! My goal with Pure Cardio is to make it through the entire 15 minutes straight of cardio with taking only 2 QUICK water breaks and NOT stopping at all to job because I am tired! I know I can do it, because I know that each week I am getting stronger and stronger! Do you like to set goals for yourself with your workouts and program?

Week 3 of Insanity Meal Plan
Here is my meal plan for the third week of Insanity! I am loving the program so far however, I am not a big eater due to having celiacs disease, but man am I HUNGRY all the time doing this program. I can't drink enough water or eat enough on it! I am trying not to make out on my food but there are days I feel like I could eat the entire house! Do you ever have days like that? This week I tried to add more and make different things! I am excited to try the Quinoa Almond Joy Bars on Thursday! I haven't made them yet, so I will keep you posted on how they turn out!
