Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Cranberries
I don't know about you, but I LOVE sweet potatoes and I am always trying to find creative ways to make them.
Well here is a summery way to make them, because lets be honest, I think of sweet potatoes more of a winter / comfort food than a summer food.
These can be made in the oven or if you are grilling out, throw them on the grill! I love grilling our sweet potatoes!
Trust me, you will love this recipe, just make sure you don't make too much because you will end up eating it all. YES, its that good!!
