2015 Goal Board
Do you make new years resolutions? Do you make goal boards? Do you stick with any of it? Do you reflect on it after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months? Are you a go getter?
I have never once made a goal board or set any big goals for me before I started coaching. I just lived life and continued to teach and never dreamed big!
Well not any more!! I have big goals with my Business and I KNOW I am going to make them happen. How do I KNOW this? Because I truly believe in the products I work with. I know that Beachbody is an amazing company that is going to continue to grow and expand and I am so lucky to be a part of this organization.
So what are some of my goals? Some of them may look small to you but they are all big goals for me.
Goal 1 - read 24 PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT books this year. That is 2 per month. I never liked to read, let a long PD books before I joined Beachbody. Now its the only thing I read. Also I am a slower reader, so I am working on reading faster and longer so I can make this goal happen.
Goal 2 - Add 4 people a month to TEAM FEARLESS DREAMERS - I want to help people with their health, fitness and financial goals. Even if they just want to be a preferred customer and receive just a discount on their products. I want them to join my team.
Goal 3 - I started my personal training certification in July of 2013, however, life has happened and I made excuses of why I couldn't do it yet. My goal is to work on it daily and be certified by July 2015.
Goal 4 - Become a Success Club Legend. Why this goal? Its not for the legend name but to know that for 2 years I have helped at least 3 people a month start their health and fitness journey! I want to help others love themselves and feel good about themselves. I want people to live longer and enjoy life. So each month I goal is to help just 3 people.
Goal 5 - I want to be CREDIT CARD DEBT free. I was able to pay my credit card off last year and now I want to pay off my husbands by the end of this year. Yes we will still have student loans but I want to be CC Debt free by the end of this year
Goal 6 - Goes a long with 5 to be credit card debt free, I need to make $1,500 a week. This will allow us to pay all the bills we have, put money away to invest, and to pay off more than we the average with the credit card bill.
Goal 7 - Be 6 Star Diamond by Summit which is Mid July - This is not a goal for me so that I can rank advance, but it is a goal for my coaches. I want to know that I have helped at least 6 of my personally sponsored coaches reach Diamond and advance their business to the next level and continue to reach their goals financially!
These goals might not seem like much, but for the first time in my life, I am pushing myself WAY out of my comfort zone, setting HIGH goals for me and looking forward to seeing where this year takes me!
So will you set goals for yourself this year? Will you check in on those goals each month, every 3? Don't make goals and walk away from them. Make sure you check in with them on monthly / bimonthly so you know how you are doing and what you need to change or what you need to keep doing.

Health and Fitness Tip #2: Fitness With a Friend
Find the best fitness friend
A workout buddy is hugely helpful for
keeping motivated, but it's important to find someone who will inspire—not
discourage. How do you do that? Make a list of all your exercise-loving friends, then see who
fits this criteria: Can your pal
meet to exercise on a regular basis? Is she supportive (not disparaging) of
your goals? And last, will your bud be able to keep up with you or even push
your limits in key workouts? If you've got someone that fits all three, make
that phone call.
If you don't, what do you do? That is where I come in. I love my job and I love helping people. I run private online fitness groups. The fitness is done in your own home but its the group that keeps you going! They are all people in the same boat, starting out for the first time, trying to find the time, motivation, etc. When we are feeling down, need a kick in the butt, need help, posting in the group gets you the support and motivation you need, not just from your coach but from all the other ladies and gentlemen in the group.
Fitness with a Friend - can be done in person with your pal or online with a group of fitness minded people starting out or continuing on a journey. Don't let this be an excuse that you don't workout, make it be reason. Get the support you need and get moving.

What is motivation without action?
Motivation without action leads to self-delusion!
You can't just say your motivated or you want to do it! You have to take action! You have to take that first step in doing what you want or doing what your motivated to do!! Because if you don't then your motivation is just a delusion in your head!!
Today stop saying tomorrow or I will or I want to! STOP talking and start acting!! Get up and go workout, throw the junk food out of your house and eat clean, Smile and say positive affirmations daily so you can be happy, search for a new job so that you can quit yours! Jump!!! Take that leap of faith and start doing it!! I believe in you and know that you can leap and fly to great places!!!

A little Wednesday Motivation
For things to change, you've got to change. For things to get better, you've got to get better.
Things aren't going to change because you want them to. Things aren't going to change because you wish they would or you hope they will.
The only way something is going to change is if YOU DO!!
You've got to change your way of thinking, you've got to change your way of life, to see the change you want to see!
AND....Things aren't going to get better because you want them to or wish them to or hope that they will.
The only way things are going to get better is if YOU DO! You need to get better at changing, taking on challenges, not giving in, etc for things to get better! Better yourself! Start doing those things that you know will help. Quit making excuses!
Better yourself and change yourself so you can have the change you want and so that things start getting better for you in life!
Need help? Message me! I am here for you and would love to help you keep going!

October Goals
Its a new month! And at the beginning of each moth I reflect on what I want to accomplish, I what I accomplished last month and what I didn't accomplish. These are my goals for the month of October. I know it is going to be a BIG BUSY month but I am excited for it!!!
I ask for all my coaches on my down line to do this every month! It is a great way for all of us to hold each other accountable. And to show each other where we want to go with our business and grow personally.
3 Non negotiable on my goals each month are: 1. Reading Personal Development. 2. Hitting Success Club and 3. Inviting others to join me in this amazing journey!
October is all about Fall and changing!! What are your goals for this month? What do you want to accomplish? Change? Create? Do you have any non negotiable goals you like to hit / accomplish each month?
