Marriage is not EASY!!! It isn't roses and romance all the time. It isn't sweet talks and fun 24/7! Marriage is tough! It's hard. It's stressful. And sometimes it can be no fun! BUT guess what.....it's worth it!

If you find that right guy, the one that treats you like a princess, knows when to apologize, knows when to compliment you, knows when to just give you a hug, then the good days, and good times, out weight the bad ones.

Tuesday was when Rich and I had been married for 3 MONTHS! Yes only 3 months and this past month has been the hardest and true test to our relationship. With his injury and his surgery, things have been tough, and there are days I just want to scream and cry, but never are there days that I just want to run away. I married my prince charming, my forever love and I wouldn't change it for ANYTHING in the world. I LOVE HIM to the moon and back.

We aren't perfect! We are two adults that have lived on their own for so many years that we are learning to live with one another, to think about the other one, to remember its not ALL about ME. However, we communicate, we talk, we listen, and we work things out. Maybe not right away, but we know when other one needs time to cool down and be alone for a while.

These past 3 months have been a trial but I wouldn't take them back, I wouldn't change anything, and I certainly wouldn't be where I am today. I am Mrs. Yahner. I am married to an amazing, caring, loving, spoiled, stubborn Irish man. And I love him for everything that he is and all his weird quirks. He is my number one fan. He supports me in my dreams, and he helps me be a better more open person each day. I am thankful everyday that God brought him into my life, because I don't know where I would be without him today!

Rich I love you more than you will ever know. These past 3 months have been amazing, stressful, and an adventure and I wouldn't want anyone else by side going through all of it, other than you!!!

Grateful

I woke up this morning exhausted but grateful! I am grateful for so many things in my life. I

am grateful that my husband landed on his knee and not his head. I am grateful for my

family and the support and help they have given us through this time, I am grateful for my

friends, who are constantly checking in on is, and most of all I am grateful for Beachbody!

Why Beachbody? Because I am able to work at home and take care of my husband and go

to all the appointments with him. If I wasn't doing Beachbody and still teaching it would be

harder. Also because of Beachbody I have met and made friends with the most amazing

ladies, who are constantly checking in and who I have just become so close to, that I know I

can turn to them for anything, even a should to cry on. I have a lot to be grateful for today!

Do you? What is one thing you are grateful for?

Day 1 of insanity

Good Morning!! Happy Monday! Day 1 of insanity is complete! I did the Fit test this morning. It was 26 minutes long. There was about a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. The fit test was 8 different moves done for a minute straight. The moves were different types of squat jumps, push ups, planks, kicks, power jacks, power knees, etc. All the moves were power moves that worked every inch of your body. I am not going to lie, I am actually sore after doing it. But it felt great and I am excited to see how my numbers increase over the next 60 days. The fit test is done again on day 15, so we will see then. Tomorrows work out is Plyo Cardio Circuit, can' wait to update you on how that goes. I am doing all these workouts in the morning. I am morning person and prefer to start my day with my workout. So 6 AM every morning is when I will be doing Insanity.

Here are my Fit Test results for Day 1.

Good Ole Grange Fair!

The Grange Fair - A Family Tradition

Ever since I was born I have been going to the Grange Fair. You may be wondering what the grange fair is.  The Grange Fair is a Family Tradition and has been going on for 140 years now. The Grange Fair is a city within a town. People come in to Fair and live for more than a week, in tents and campers. This fair is one of the biggest Fairs in the world. People not only come to live for a week but they come to see concerts, ride rides, eat the amazing and yet unhealthy food, play games, and of course see the livestock shows and competitions. The Grange Fair is one of the most uniquely friendly "hometowns" in America!

Like I said earlier this fair has been going on now for 140 years. I have been going to the fair for 30 years. There was never a year that I missed, even when I was in elementary school, middle school, and high school. My mom, who grew up going to the grange fair, pulled us out of school every year to attend this amazing fair. I never had a first day of school with everyone until I became a teacher because of the Grange Fair.

You may be asking what is so special about this fair, and honestly it is undescribed. This fair is seriously like no other fair. The tents that you stay in our like homes. They have beds, electricity, stoves, kitchens, tables, beds, couches, etc. This is not like a camping trip you to take to the woods. Many famous country stars started out preforming at the grange fair. Garth Brooks performed at the fair before he was huge. My uncle always tells the story how he went and saw him and said to my aunt,  he is going to be famous one day. And well I guess you could say he was right. :) The grange fair is a good luck for any and every country singer that has ever come to it, to preform.

We have our own tent at the fair. The tent is in the perfect spot, right beside an intersection. So I love to go and sit and just see all the people and old friends and family. Its like a HUGE family reunion. I have always enjoyed going to the fair, however, if I went for the week nowadays I would end up gaining 10 plus pounds with all the fair food. The bad thing about the fair is there are not many places to get quality healthy food. So this year I am going for 2 days and allowing myself to have one treat each day.

If you have never heard of this fair and live in the Centre County area or outlining areas, this is a must go to. Just for a day to walk around and take it all in. :)
