When to weigh
Before you start your following your fitness and clean eating plan, weight yourself and take your measurements. Once you have been doing your fitness regimen for a week you are ready to weight yourself. You want to start tracking your progress (and
make sure pesky pounds don't find their way back on). It's best to step
on the scale in the morning before eating or drinking—and prior to plunging
into your daily activities. For the most reliable number,
be sure to check your poundage at a consistent time, whether daily or weekly. Also DO NOT weigh yourself daily!!! Weigh yourself every 1-2 weeks and measure yourself too.
